INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
Individual counseling allows us to work 1-on-1 with your student to address specific needs. We can help students with academic support, college and career planning, or social and emotional assistance.
SMALL GROUP COUNSELING
Group counseling allows us to work on a targeted topic with a small group of students who are working on a similar skill. This group dynamic introduces peer interaction into counseling.
WHOLE GROUP CLASSROOM LESSONS
Whole group lessons allow an opportunity for an entire class to work on a skill together. This can help support with classroom themes or goals and provides team building through a mental health lens.
MINDSET AND BEHAVIORS
As school counselors working under the ASCA model, we can provide services to your student in a variety of ways. Not only do we support during times of crisis, but we can work with you student on skills that fall under the 3 domains; academic, social/emotional, and career.  These domains promote mindsets and behaviors that enhance the learning process and create a culture of college and career readiness for all students
