BLAIR ROUSSOS

School Based Therapist

Hi! I am Blair Roussos and I work for Aurora Mental Health Center and I am lucky enough to have my office at Boston P-8 where I see kiddos 2 days a week. The school counselors and psychologist refer kids to me for individual and group therapy. I love my job because I get to combine games, art, and other activities with my passion for mental health to help kids and their families thrive.

CHRISTY LARACUENTE

Social Worker

I am so excited to be at Boston this year.  I've been a school social worker for 15 years in both Denver Public Schools and Aurora Public Schools. I love working with kids as they grow and learn new social emotional skills.  My goal for this year is to build strong relationships with Boston students, families and staff so I can be an effective and positive support for the Boston community.  Outside of school, I love reading, music and spending time with family and friends.

DR. JAMIE HARDIE

School Psychologist

This is my first year as a school psychologist at Boston, and my 6th year as a school psychologist in APS.  I am excited to be a part of the Boston P-8 school and community!  My goal for this year is to build meaningful connections with students, families and staff in order to support the academic and social-emotional learning of all our students.  For the 2021-22 school year, I will be at Boston on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, spending time outdoors and hanging out with my son.

MALLORY KENNEDY

School Counselor

I truly love being a part of the Boston community as a school counselor. I have been counseling at Boston since 2017 and I have been counseling for 7 years total. My goal is to shape the student experience by helping them reach their academic and personal goals all while being a support for them along the way. When I am not at school; I love hiking, camping, and connecting with my friends and family.
